To protect lyrics from being overwritten by accideltal pressing of "reload" or "try next" buttons you can use Lock function.
Lock button works for single files, you can lock/unlock each lyrics separately. When button is pressed, no functions like reload, try next or edit work until you toggle Lock button to Unlocked state
Lock button is located on the toolbar, it is represented by padlock icon
